Indigo base went on a trip this week to visit Northern School of Contemporary Dance as part of an enrichment activity within the community. We thoroughly enjoyed observing a 'Locking' dance class, which had our children completely enraptured by the agility, skill and commitment of the dancers. We were also treated to a tour of the two historic buildings that have been joined to house the dance conservatoire, including dance studios, and the theatre. The guided tour included interesting information relating to the founder of the school, the history of the buildings and its benefactors. A great time was had by all!
