Year 2 children walked to Potternewton Park yesterday to complete a nature walk. They examined the natural environment carefully and discussed their observations. It was a lovely sunny day!
Spike was at our school gates this morning reminding everyone to cross the road safely and for drivers to be cautious when using the roads around the school.
On Monday 24th June our family support team worked in partnership with the Children's Centre to host a fundraising event to raise money for projects that run in our local community. Thank you to the staff and parents/carers that supported this important event!
Today children attended a special assembly with the Leeds City Council road safety team to show the importance of wearing a seatbelt when a passenger in a car. It was a very interesting assembly!
Blue 1 have continued their Euros-themed learning this week by creating information posters about their allocated team. Can you guess which country they are following in the tournament?
As part of our Euros themed learning, the children in our Two Year Old provision have been showing their support for their allocated team - Switzerland! They have even made a replica shirt out of hand prints!

Children in Rainbow Stars had so much fun in their football festival session with Foottech today! It was nice to have such lovely weather for this special event!
