Pupil Premium

The pupil premium is additional funding for schools to support specific groups of pupils who are at risk of underachievement; these include pupils who are entitled to free school meals and a number of other factors.

Information on whether your child is eligible for free school meals and how to claim them is here.

Registering for free meals will help us provide valuable additional support like extra tuition, additional teaching staff or after school activities.

We are using our 2020 Catch Up Funding to provide online Maths tutoring for targeted pupils. This is provided through Third Space Learning.

The Government are collecting information about the effectiveness of the tutoring programme and are collecting some information about children who take part. Please read the information here and then contact the office if you would like to withdraw your child’s information.
