We believe a school uniform plays a helpful role in contributing to the ethos of our school and setting an appropriate tone. All pupils from Nursery to Year 6 are required to wear our school uniform as below:

School Uniform:

• Green Bankside sweatshirt or cardigan bearing the school logo.
• White Bankside polo shirt or plain white polo shirt.
• Black or grey trousers or skirt.
• Sensible flat shoes with easy fastenings. NOT flip-flops or sandals with heels.
• Long hair should be tied back to help children focus on play and learning.

PE Kit

• PE kit consists of plain black/grey jogging bottoms, white t-shirt or polo and a green Bankside sweatshirt or cardigan with school logo.
• Trainers
• All children  must wear their PE kit to school on PE days. 

Jewellery
Please do not bring valuable items to school. Small stud earrings and a watch may be worn but no other jewellery.

Book bags
These can be purchased from the school office and will be used to send letters and reading books home.

 Please check the bag daily to keep up to date with letters and reading books.

Our school has a large stock of pre-loved uniform. Parents should ask at the office or speak to a member of the pastoral team if they would like to access our pre-loved stock. 

NOTE: School can not be held responsible for lost uniform. Please ensure all clothing worn for school is named.
