On 20.06.25, some of our Year 5 pupils and three of our teachers took part in the Junior Warrior event at Temple Newsam park. This event was physically demanding! As part of their topic linked to Ancient Islamic Civilisations, Year 6 have created their own prints inspired by Islamic art. The finished results are very impressive indeed. 

This afternoon we have an action-packed sports session at Potternewton Park for Year 3 and 4! Lots of our families also attended to cheer on the children. There was plenty of team work and resilience shown by the children taking part, we also had a lot of fun with our classmates!
